sometimes it can be really hard to control your body

choosing what your arms and legs will do.

So for our mindfulness activity for today let us go

ahead and prepare our bodies to be in that present moment

and a way to do that is to make sure that all of your body has enough oxygen

that all of your body is ready.

And we do that by practicing breathing.

But this time it may be a little different. So sit back comfortably in your chair

and I'm gonna ask you to take a few deep breaths in.
