That's when we might need to practice some more mindfulness

so to practice mindfulness for today I would like to

start with our tapping technique to help us be in

the present moment and to help us focus So we

are ready to learn.

So tapping, we start here on our forehead and gently

tap tapping on our forehead.

We can then move onto our cheeks.

And we are just gently tapping.

Oh no checks feel your fingers on those tricks.

We moved to below our nose, gently tapping down to

a chin, gently tapping down to our chest.
