and we're gonna start as always with our deep breath in,

and we're gonna start at our shoulders, this muscle relaxation at our shoulders.

So what you're gonna do

is pull up your shoulders really tight,

pull them as close to your neck as possible and holding it really tight

and now you're going to let go

What you're going to do is you're gonna bring your arms close together,
