the glitter jar helps relieve some of our worries and it helps calm our body.

So if you were to imagine friends that all these tiny glitters,

our worries and thoughts that we may be having

from being able to see clearly

You see it's kind of hard to see through the other side

I'm gonna start with our deep breath in feeling it on your chest,

and it's important to take those deep breaths because sometimes when we are so

worried we forget to breathe and our brain needs oxygen to make good choices.

And as you watch all the glitter come down. Friends,

You are taking deep breaths

and you are imagining

that all of your worries, just like the glitter

are slowly coming down

and settling
