so go ahead and sit in your chair just like me.

Your arms can be on your lap or to the side and we are

going to be relaxing every single one of our muscles that we can.

Let's go ahead and start

with our hands.

So with your hands

go ahead and put them out in front of you

and make them into a fist and tighten them,

tighten them as hard as you can to where it doesn't hurt though.

notice how it feels tight
