Introduction

The only social media website that Royalist Jewellers utilizes is Facebook. Their Facebook page does not contain any information about their products or prices listed and there are no pictures on it. It is possible that they have not used it in a while. The only information that is present on their page is an address and a telephone number.

We looked at a variety of Social Media websites for Royalist Jewellers.

After researching all of the previous social media websites, we discovered that Royalist Jewellers does not use social media to advertise or promote their business. They get their business primarily from word of mouth (clients are pleased with their purchase and then proceed to tell their family and friends). Royalist Jewellers works with their client's budgets and gives them their best work and price every time, leaving them very pleased!

"I have bought jewellery in St Catharines from other places like Kavar or Peoples, and nobody has the pricing and service to match Royalist. It is a smaller shop and the service is very personal and you dont just feel like another customer who is being sold on something you might not even want. At royalist, they really take the time to see what it is you want and discuss your best options regarding pricing, quality and they answer any questions you may have without rushing you. I have bought our wedding rings, engagement ring, diamond necklace and diamond earings there and will always go back, while recommending it to anyone I know. Even with any slight problem, like a loose clasp, it has been fixed while I waited and explained how to keep it from happening again. I really cant say enough good things about Royalist, as I used to hate going into jewellery stores, but now it is enjoyable."

Recommendations

We think that Royalist Jewellers could benefit from advertising through Social Media. A lot of people are unaware of them, and do not know where they are located. By advertising their business, it gets their name out and could potentially increase the amount of customers that visit their store. Some websites may have a cost involved to advertise, so it would be more of an investment on their part.
