- Born: 15th of April 1707
- 1720: joined University of Basel at age 13
- 1727: Moved to Russia (St. Petersburg)
- 1727, joined the St.Petersburg Academy of Science
- 1734: Married with Katharina Gsell
- 1736: First book published
- 1741: "Moved to Berlin at the request of Frederick the great and was a member of the Academics of Sciences and proffesor of Mathematics."
- 1770's: returned to St. Petersburg
- Died: 18th of September 1783

Euler lived in the same period as Daniel Bernoulli - another Swiss mathematician- who also helped him work with the greatest at the st.petersburg academy of Science
Leonhard Euler
- Basel, Switzerland
- In 1727 he moved to Sankt Petersborg, Russia
- In 1741 he moved to Berlin, Germany for his education
- He moved back to Russia and died there
- Growing up in Switzerland and
- Taught by his mother in all subjects excluding maths, which his father taught him
- Euler is often known as the great mathematician of the 18th century.

Used for opposing digital programs( for example)
- pi, diameter, and equations for solving a circle's Circumference
- Sigma- An easier method to create a sum and figure out the Nth term.
