Outline
- Use simple layout for the restaurant
- Did not use any furniture accept for table and chair at the dining room
- The interior design does not represent the name of the restaurant
- Used of big round table that is suitable for the concept of family restaurant.
- Customer will only realised the restaurant is a Seafood Restaurant with a specialty in Malay, Chinese and Thailand Food after looking at the menu card

INTRODUCTION
- Located at Jalan Bukit Besar, Kuala Terengganu
- Started its operation in 2009
- can accommodate 350 customer at one time
- It is two storey building
- use for big event such as wedding ceremony, party and feast
- The restaurant has big dining room, has small kitchen and small serving area
- in the kitchen, it has butchering area, mise-en-place area, preparation area and lift to send food upstair
- facilities that provide in the restaurant is toilet, prayer room, parking site and house for their employees.
- Restaurant have 12employee which are the local people.
- The theme of restaurant is Family Restaurant
- Concept of the restaurant is Malay, Chinese and Thai Food
