It is a combination of both the Pescetarian and Pollotarian diets. Meaning the diet only consist of non-meats, excluding all poultry and seafood. Unlike the vegetarian diet, gaining protein from meats is possible.
On the diet, I am able to eat all the normal foods I would, except any pork, beef, or read meats. So, the meats I am able to eat are all poultry, (chicken, turkey, etc.), and all seafood (fish, crab, shrimp, etc.)
