so that the customer does not get ill/food poisoning and lose customers. The business can go out of business. So employees do not injure themselves.

The national minimum wage act 1998 crates a minimum wage across the united kingdom, currently £6.31 per hour for workers aged 21 years and older, £4.98 per hour for workers age 18 -20 years.
