Endurance

There are four basic types of Endurance.

1. Aerobic

2. Anaerobic

3. Speed

4. Strength

To have more endurance, you can go running often.

Flexibility

Poor flexibility can contribute to bad posture. It also helps prevent muscle related injuries, and helps reduce muscle stiffness. It is specific to each joint an muscle group. Usually, women are more flexible than men. People who are more physically active are usually more flexible than people who aren't very physically active. To become more flexible, you can do certain stretches every day.

Strength

The body has more than 650 muscles.

By age 80, sedentary individuals will lose about half their muscle mass.

Skeletal muscle is the body’s largest tissue, accounting about 45% of body weight in men and 36% in women. An example of what you can do to exercise and build more strength is life weights.

Balance

A woman’s heart beats faster than a man’s.

Women blink twice as much as men.

When you are looking at someone you love, your pupils dilate, the same thing happens when you look at the person you hate.

The average persons skin weighs twice as much as their brain. You can try to stand on one leg as long as you can to have more balance.
