On March 24th, 2014, Arvind LTD bought 49% of a joint venture with Calvin Klein (owned by Phillip Van Heusen) in India

Although Arvind was meant to gain money from this, PHV suffered and their stock privoted downwards greatly the next day.

PVH Corp has its main headquarters in Manhattan, with administrative offices in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Las Vegas, Nevada,and Los Angeles, California. Additional distribution facilities in the United States are located in Brinkley, Arkansas; McDonough, Georgia; Jonesville, North Carolina; Reading, Pennsylvania; and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

2000: Granted worldwide rights to PHV, previously only had North and South America

2004: Signed licensed agreement to Michael Kors, BCGB, Sean John, and Donald J. Trump. Purchase rights to ARROW
