Who did the Bill of Rights effect?

The English Bill of Rights was a stepping stone for democracy. It made a big impact on the citizens of England and how decisions were made. The bill secured people's rights which let them have a voice and still effects us today. Therefore, the Bill of Rights is an important document in the history of democracy.
