For headset ringer, choose Primary Sound Driver; for monitor speakers - select Realtek High Definition Audio. Some very simple answers to very common problems:
- They can't here me.
Mute button activated on the headset? Microphone level is set too low?
- I sound very distant and echoey.
Sound is being picked up by the web cam?
- I set my monitor to ring, but it doesn't!
Press touch buttons on the monitor to check the volume levels. Check Realtek HD Audio output level.
- No sound at all!
Is headset properly plugged in? Try another USB.
