Based on the results gathered from the existing security system and the proposed security system, the system greatly reduced the time consumed of the security processes of the university. Faster ID inspection, bag inspection and attendance log of the university. If the system will be implemented, the system will create more time and more people can enter the university quick and secured.
Conclusion
The study is mainly focused on creating a database of information of every student, visitors and the teaching and non-teaching faculty of the university.

The study also applied the RFID technology in acquiring information from the RFID tag and has the metal detector to help the system in reducing harmful metal in the university.

Metal detection for vehicle must be added
in the future project development.

(4)The system shall be applicable only to the university personnel, students, visitors, as well as electronic gadgets and vehicles;
(5) Mobile application for the security personnel can be accessed for the security office monitoring. The project is to be place in the main gate of the University.
The implementation of the project is limited on power interruption. In case the project is implemented the maintenance process is not covered by this study. The system shall not cover the timeout of the employees and the vehicles.
The packaging of the circuit is acrylic sheet which is durable, for further improvement of the packaging using hard and durable materials is advisable.
