Strategies
People don’t buy products and services because of the features alone, they buy them because of the benefits and advantages that those features will provide and how the product or services will make them feel.
That's where I believe I come in, I want to go out and sell NCP-5 to a clientele that is high end and to Luxury Spa's and Hotels.
To ensure our sales, we need to deliver the product and it's services at the right cost with strong marketing support. To stay competitive, we'll need to keep our offer fresh.

We need to attract a client that understands what it takes to produce a result and is willing to invest in that result and who are also willing to take the time needed, you’ll not only produce results you’re proud of, you’ll also increase business, attracting the attention of even more clients.
Client Services
To increase the awareness of the product and customer interest we can promote the product through different means of advertising that can spread the word of the NCP-5.
To advertise the we can;
- Put up posters in spa clinics and fitness clubs
- Create leaflets that are given to clients after treatments
- Leaflets are given to gyms, fitness clubs, saunas, cruises, hotels, sports clubs etc.
- A brief explanation of the treatment on the appointment cards
- Send out promotional emails to existing and future clients.
- Speak to sports managers
Strategy 1
I believe that we need to change the colour of the machine. The colour Gray needs to be changed to a lovely mixture of suttle pastel colours such as Lilac, soft Blue or baby Pink colour. These colours are more inviting rather than it being dull and uninviting.
Strategy 3
To promote the NCP-5 to the wider public in a quick and easy way, we can use Television Advertisements. This then spreads the word to everyone, people may think of themselves or family members that may benefit from the product.
The advertisement will show a basic animated image that shows how the circulation works throughout the body and voice over which explains the product and its benefits on regular lifestyles.
My initial impression of this machine was quite nerve-racking, the machine itself looks very daunting and therefore I propose that we adjust the patients surroundings to make them feel more confident and tranquil.
To do this, we can create rooms that have brighter colours for a more fresher feel as the colours are able to lift their mood and keep a peaceful atmosphere. Also, I suggest that after the treatment has taken place, we allow the patient to have roughly 2 minutes to conciliate and we should play calming music in the background to soothe them. They then should be given a small bottle of water to help stabilised their body system.
