SDI 2.0 -

Enterprise GIS at the entity level is optimized (in all the key stakeholder organizations and additional emphasis is placed on the provision of application services within the community).

Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and data licensing governing the dissemination and use restrictions on all data topics is in place.

The breadth of the stakeholder community is widened to include users who are not primary data providers, and there is often more official engagement with government stakeholders beyond federal agencies and including institutional, private and civil society sector actors.
