Good Food Good Mood!!

-The main characteristics of these evil diets are: The promise of losing weight without effort but with quite security.

Deficiency of nutrients.

The Clues Are:

-Don't believe everything people tell you.

-All that glitters isn't gold.

We don´t trust in nutritionists.

-People prefer not asking an expert about a diet so as to save up money.

-Nowadays, we don't feel confident with experts because we have a skeptical idea about nutrition.

To sum up:

-Most people aren´t aware about the danger of "miracle diets".

Emotional Disorders

-They cause risks like:

The rebound effects.

These kinds of diets:

Dissociative diets

Exclusionary diets

Unbalanced hypocaloric diets

Food Myths.

We know such a little

-We only know what we learn in primary or at home.

-Through the years, people spread superstitions and mores orally and several of them are about how healthy are some kind of food.

-Could you notice the difference about the myth and the truth?

-We have wrong ideas.

PROBLEMS AND MISTAKES

PYRAMID DESCRIPTION:

Moreover, the pyramid don't show us what we have to eat exactly. It only talks in general so that you can have an extensive idea.

First step---> Carbohydrates (bread, cereals..)

Second floor---> Vitamins (fruits, vegetables..)

Third step---> Milk and dairies (lots of nutrients)

Fourth floor---> Proteins (fish, poultry, eggs, dry fruits)

Fifth step---> "Bad proteins" and fat (sausage and red meat)

Top---> Fat (sweets, fast food..)

To sum up:

Basic knowledge:

Classifies food depending on the frequency it should be eaten.

The higher it is, the unhealthier it is.

Food Guide Pyramid:

Each step correspond to one nutrient: vitamin, fat, protein...

The first food pyramid was published in Sweden in 1974.

To sum up:

-We think we can

eat whatever whenever.

However, nutritional experts don't consider the first pyramid like the best one. This was due to the more time past the better technologies are, so they had found some mistakes that they tried to correct in 1992.

According to that we can't be sure about the truthfulness of the pyramid's information.
