  • Gave the Austro- Hungarians reassurance that they had German support on their side

Austro-Hungarians give serbians AN ULTIMATUM

The July crisis of 1914 is the chain reaction of events that

led to the Great Powers of Europe declare war. The murder of Franz Ferdinand a Nationalist of Austria-Hungary. Gavrilo Princip and his accomplices took full blame for this event, and said it was not an order of the Serbian government. Many in the Austro-Hungarian government did not believe this.
