Items: The test was comprised of 150 total items (Attitude Scale=50 T/F and Competence Test=100 Multiple Choice

The originally CMI was made for children in grades 6-12

Format: The CMI is split into 2 parts 1) Attitude Scale (involvement, independence, orientation, decisiveness, and compromise)

2)Competence Test (self-appraisal, occupational, information, goal selection, planning, and problem solving)
