Handling customer/ client complaints and criticism and co- worker conflicts

Leslie takes pictures many locations. Her most popular would be her studio of course. She also lives right beside a big huge house with a pretty fence and really green grass she takes lots of pictures on that fence. Leslie lives at Bunn Lake so she also takes lots of pictures in front of the water. But when she takes senior pictures she travel wherever the senior wants their pictures taken. Also if the the customer doesn't really care, they just want good pictures (which rarely happens) Leslie will pick her own choice. Which is usually downtown Zebulon or Wendell.

" Always say yes, always give a refund or make other arrangements and don't take anything personal."

" Co-worker conflict is not a problem for me because I work alone. "

Well first of all it was filled with pictures of lots of different people. Her family, her customers and some of animals. She also had one wall painted like a brick wall so she could take pictures of her customers in front of it in case it was raining or something. Also her studio was filled with props, chairs, carpets even toys and stuff. Leslie also had a bunch of different backdrops and lights.

" You have to be good at communication and approachability. So you kind of have to be pretty outgoing. "

" Work hours aren't a set time like 9:00 - 5:00, they're usually week nights and weekends. "

" To provide an exciting photography experience with the delivery of a high end photography product. "

" My position is the owner of the business and my job is to educate clients, execute the shoot and deliver quality products. "

1. Arrived at Leslie's studio (her house), shook her hand, sat down and asked questions.

2. Then her customers arrived and I sat through a whole session.

3. After her customers left she gave me a pretty detailed tour of her studio then went home!

Strength - "My creativity of what I could do with the shot or the client."

Weakness - "Technical skills. So I can see and visualize the shot I want in my mind but then interpreting that visualization into my exposure can be difficult."

She added " The best photographers see what they want in their mind and then can execute it into their camera immediately. "
