How Proud Are you?
- Are you slow to admit when you're wrong or find it difficult to say I don't know?
- Are you hesitant to ask questions, but quick to give all the answers?
- Do you regularly defend your actions?
- Do you have to be 1st in everything?
- Do you have to have a "me" day often?
- Do you easily find fault in others?
- Do you have a "what's in it for me" rather than "what can I do for Him" attitude?
- Prov.16:18--pride goes before destruction and haughtiness before a fall
- Prov.16:5--God detests the proud; they will surely be punished.
- Prov.21:4--a haughty look, a proud heart and the plowing of the wicked are sin
- James 4:6/1 Peter 5:5/Prov.3:34--God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.
