What is it?
Why do we need it?
When do you need to get it?
Every licensed child care facility requires their employees, volunteers or students to get one.
A "offence declaration" containing the individuals potential convictions and offences, prepared and conducted by the police force no more than 6 months in advance.
You may work and volunteer before obtaining the record check as so long as they get it as soon as possible.
Once you turn 19 you are required to within a month get a new record check.
