Purpose
Florida Flagler Hospital is embarking on a collaborative journey. We are working together to take our hospital to the next level of patient care and quality through the organization of a Patient-Family Advisory Council.
The Patient-Family Advisory Council is a collaborative effort of hospital staff, former patients, former patient family members and community members who work together to enhance patient-centered, quality care. The council will also address patient experience and satisfaction, improving processes, and opening the lines of communication between the hospital and the community.
Mission
To help us fulfill our mission of "Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ" by creating a lasting, collaborative group where patients, family members and hospital staff come together to share ideas and embark on initiatives that will help Florida Hospital Flagler provide patient-centered, quality care.
Goals
