"In 2005 a nurse reported that Earl Bradley videotaped kids playing and reported complaints about unnecessary vaginal exams performed on little girls.When a warrant was placed to arrest him for inappropriately touching a patient (a little girl) the Attorney General’s office didn’t consider there was sufficient evidence. - In 2009, a two year old girl complained to her mother that Dr Bradley has hurt her "privates." She reported it and they had enough grounds to get a warrant and investigate.

Statement from a Case Detective

"Detective Scott Garland described the videotaped rapes as brutal and violent. He explained how Bradley would wrap his hands tightly around the heads of the young victims, violently forcing them to perform oral sex on him. When Bradley was finished, he would then lift up the children by the head and throw them several feet onto a couch. Dr. Bradley sometimes would perform “rescue breathing” and chest rubs to revive the semiconscious victims"

The End of a Nightmare

  • On June 23, 2011, he was convicted to 14 life sentences (max amount) for 14 counts of 1st-degree rape, PLUS 165 years for multiple counts of assault and sexual exploitation of a child
  • 24 counts on a consolidated indictment (originally contained 529 counts)

  • 7 counts of assault
  • 3 counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
