NATIONAL CALIBRATION

To convene the ANT to conduct the assessment for purposes of awards
OBJECTIVE
To DELIBERATE, CALIBRATE, and FINALIZE the awarding assessment results
To indentify awardees for this year's audit
1. PRESENTION of the ELIGIBLE local government units and INITIAL RESULTS of the awarding assessment
2. DELIBERATION of the INITIAL RESULTS of the awarding assessment
PROCESS
3. CALIBRATION of the INITIAL RESULTS of the awarding assessment
4. FINALIZATION of the results of the awarding assessment.
A
ADACs that garnered an overall performance rating in the FUNCTIONALITY AUDIT of at least 85 points.
An Awarding Assessment Module was implemented in the ADAC-Functionality Monitoring System (ADAC-FMS) for the initial encoding of data for the awarding assessment.
PRESENTATION
1. ANT shall be divided into groups to facilitate the deliberation.
2. Each ANT member has assigned regions to deliberate.
DELIBERATION
3. ANT members shall be provided with technical working groups to assist them in the process.
4. ANT members shall meet the Regional Representatives in order, and proceed with process.
5. Technical working groups shall follow the discussion and take note of the important points in preparation for ANT calibration.
1. ANT members shall be convened again to calibrate regional scores after the deliberation.
CALIBRATION
2. Technical Working Groups shall present the consolidated regional inputs to ANT for discussion.
3. ANT shall proceed with the discussion and make an agreement.
4. ANT, together with the technical working group, shall calibrate regional scores based on the agreement.
1. ANT shall finalize the results of the calibration.
2. ANT shall identify the local government units that passed the awarding assessment
FINALIZATION
3. Technical working group shall draft a resolution for ANT signing
4. Technical working group shall present the draft resolution and the list of LGUs that passed the awarding assessment
5. ANT shall sign the draft resolution
