It's kind of hard to find good dads in art...

...if this guy had a conscientious objector pin... maybe...

...I mean, you can find the really really good dads in art, but not so many of the real, human dads in art....

but there are many suffering fathers and in their grief you can see some of the intensity of love...

...there is sometimes a glimpse of the way my father authorized my autonomy...

or the tenderness

but the closest art can come is with the hands bearing unconditional love.
