Recommended Amounts of Servings

In my opinion, i eat reasonably healthy. I know i have enough fruit, grains, and protein. If i where to improve my eating habits i should probably eat more veggies and protein, and also cut down my grain intake. Other then that, i think my eating habits are not that bad.

Vegetables: 2.5 Cups

Fruits: 2 Cups

Grains: 6 Ounces

Dinner!

Shitake mushrooms with rice, kimchi, and watermelon smoothie

Dairy: 3 Cups

Protein: 5.5 Ounces

Lunch!

Green Vegan Ramen Noodles

Glass of Water

Snack!

Strawberries

Pita-Chips

Breakfast!

Cereal with Almond milk

Banana
