Overuse in cell phones cause trauma in young brains

By Martine Vincent

What is a cell phone?

A cell phone is a divice that lets you make calls and send via text messages from anywhere in the country

Despite an impressive number of studies, there is no final answer about whether the radiation generated by cell phones is a health risk. Although some studies indicate that there is no risk at all, others claim that using a cell phone increases your risk of developing certain types of cancer. Whatever the case, you can minimize your exposure by opting for a cell phone with a lower level of radiation, as measured by the SAR (specific absorption rate) level, a figure between 0 and 1.60. 1.60 is the maximum acceptable level of radiation, according to the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
