Your run up to the ball should be realaxed, this helps you to concentrate more on the ball and less on how you're running
Step Five: Your planted foot should not move. Rotate your kicking leg like you are trying to kick your planted legs hip
Step Six: As your foot comes across and around, you create ball spin, which will make the ball bend and dip! You can increase the height at which the ball rises by leaning your shoulders back during contact. Remember to put enough spin and dip on it to bring it goal-wards again.
1st step: Make sure you know were the goal is or pick a point to kick the ball to.
StepFour: Hit the ball with the inside of your foot, just where your toe ends and your foot begins. The ball will roll back along the inside of your foot. You should be hitting the ball in the bottom corner. You will strike the bottom left or right, depending on your run up and striking foot.
Step Three: Line up diagonally left/right from the ball. Then as the picture shows, run at an angle towards the ball, and slightly away from the goal
Step two: If your taking a free kick postion yourself like the picture shows.
