Desde el 19 de Octubre (2015) se han ingresado 11 Declaraciones de Impacto Ambiental (DIA) al Servicio de Evaluación Ambiental (SEA) Biobío para la proyección de Centros de Cultivo de recursos hicrobiológicos de 4 especies: Cojinoba del Norte, Salmónidos, Mitílidos y Macroalgas (Huiro).

CITIZEN VICTORY

• Law on Fisheries and Aquaculture allows the company to submit 8 individual projects in the same area through the DIA (Environmental Impact Statement) and avoid the presentation of an Environmental Impact Study (EIA) that covers all the intervention points, thus considering the real scope of the project and associated impacts.
• Its fractionation allows the owner company to submit a project meeting the minimum required by law
• Aquaculture sector is a permanent experiment
• There is no industry responsibility for associated impacts

• Trabajos de maquinaria pesada por parte de empresa Asfaltos del Maule autorizados D.O.H. por 6 meses a partir del 9 de febrero, fecha en que se ofició (DOH - N°228) a municipio de Pelluhue "otorgando informe técnico favorable a proyecto extracción de áridos en Río Chovellen, Sector Cardonal Alto, comuna de Pelluhue".
• En dicho informe, se permite por parte de la Dirección de Obras Hidráulicas un volumen total de extracción de 9.982 m3.

• Fuga masiva (1993-1996-2017 (Puget Sound, WA)
• Desechos actividad, 12% trata aguas descarga (aguas de sangre).
• 30 toneladas de alimento no ingerido - 60 toneladas de fecas
• Producir 1 kilo de salmón requiere de 2,5 a 5 kilos de alimento
• Alteración de la calida del agua, las amenazas a la biodiversidad y los conflictos de intereses que se generan entre los distintos usuarios.
