Warriors into the wild
Erin Hunter: A pseudonym used by
Kate Cary, Cherith Baldry, and Tui Sutherland,
along with editor Victoria holmes.
This book takes place in the forest
The cats tell time by moons and never
really talk about it alot, but the narrarator
says "the next morning" or things like that.
The main character, Rusty, was an ordinary house cat until he went into the woods one night. His friend smudge tried to talk him out of it but it didn't work. Rusty joined the ThunderClan and was to be called firepaw from now on because of his ginger fur. His new friend, Graypaw, a longhaired solid gray tom and an apprentice, helps him get used to his new surroundings. The leader of the ThunderClan, Bluestar- a blue-gray she -cat tinged with silver around her muzzle, gave the permission for firepaw to join ThunderClan. Bluestar is also firepaws mentor.
The problem is that the ShadowClan is not following the warrior code and is doing horrible things to all of the other Clans.
Some ThunderClan cats and some
ShadowClan cats that didn't like what
ShadowClan was doing got rid of the
ShadowClan cats and the leader.
My opinion on this book is that it was fantastic.
It was very descriptive, suspensful, and always kept you in the mood to read it. A sad ending that was also happy. I would guess the other books continue the story, because there are some things that still make me wander. Based on some pictures that I saw there alot of other books on the warriors series.
