John's presidency
- July 13, 1960 The Democratic party elected John as their candidate
- Lyndon Johnson was the vice president
- Nov. 8, John beat Nixon and became president
Marriage and Prize
- John married Jacqueline Bouvier in 1957
- He got the Pulitzer Prize for writing about different senates
- Also on how they fought for what they believed in.
Children at the White house
- John had Caroline and John Jr. after his nominations for presidency
- He had many famous painters, actors, musicians, etc. in the white house
- Caroline and Jr. had a tree house and a pool in the backyard
U.S vs USSR
- John always thought the communism one of the biggest issues
- He invested billions in the space program to get to the moon first
- Also cut ties from Cuba to avoid communism in America
John's health
- His mother recorded him having chicken pox, measles, and whooping cough
- At 3 he had scarlet fever which where his father constanly worried.
- He got better after a month of treatment in March 20, 1920.

- He served for 6 years til becoming U.S senate
- 1939, Joe and John bot registered in the navy.
- Joe was a pilot and John was a lieutenant
- August 2, 1943 a dangerous mission damaged john's back more
- A month later Joe had died while on a mission in Europe

John's biggest problem
- Joe and John always got into arguments and fights over dad
- 1936, Joe tackled John at college football practice and broke his spinal disk.
- John had always had been worried about the racist problem in the country

- He went to Choate Boarding school
- He was skilled at basketball, tennis, and football
- Still enjoyed reading and got good grades
- His father was always pround of him for it.
