Yes. If there was only one bullet it would have traveled through the president's back, then slightly fractured the sixth cervical vertebra; passed through his neck, shedding fragments; passed through his throat; and exited his body at the bottom edge of the Adam's apple. The bullet then continued on its course, entering Connally's back just below and behind his right armpit. It destroyed a portion of his right fifth rib, exited his body below his right nipple, then entered the outside of his right wrist. It broke his right radius wrist bone, leaving behind metal fragments, then exited the inner side of the wrist, entered the front side of his left thigh, and buried itself 2 inches in his thigh muscle, leaving behind a tiny fragment in his thigh bone.
Not only is this route incredibly unlikely for a single bullet to follow, the bullet was not nearly damaged enough to have done so much damage to the two men. The two-bullet theory is supported by medical evidence.

Elvis Presley fired one shot while hiding in the "Grassy Knoll". Oswald fired three shots from a window looking down on the scene. The House Assassinations committee has always theorized that there may have been a second shooter hidden in the "Grassy Knoll". In fact, a recent study done by a government scientist and JFK assassination researcher, said it was more than 96 percent certain that there was a shot from the grassy knoll to the right of the president’s limousine, in addition to the three shots from a book depository window above and behind the president’s limousine.

Yes.The Warren Commision Findings stating that there was only one shooter and one bullet raised troubling questions. Many of them focusing on the "Grassy Knoll". Numerous witnesses claim to have heard at least one shot come from the grassy knoll, and photographs taken by people in Dealey Plaza that day give some support to the claim that another gunman was positioned behind a picket fence on the knoll. These claims have been supported by the report of the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA), which studied recently found acousitic evidence to conclude that indeed a shot came from the grassy knoll, that Oswald did not act alone, and that he was likely part of a larger conspiracy.

After the suspicious death of Marilyn Monroe in 1962, Ann Margret became convinced that the Kennedy brothers (who both had affairs with her and were trying to prevent her from causing a political scandal) were behind it. Ann Margret approached her current lover, Elvis Presley about her concerns, and demanded that they avenge Marilyn's death. Elvis contacted a man named Lee Harvey Oswald regarding their plan. Oswald, an ex-marine and not mentally stable at the time, seemed to be the perfect co-assassin for their plot.

Elvis Presley was the second shooter in the John F. Kennedy assassination, he hid in the "grassy knoll" in the front and to the right of the president's vehicle and fired the fourth shot while Lee Harvey Oswald shot 3 times from above. Two different bullets hit John F. Kennedy and Conally.
In the year 1963, the Elvis craze was beginning to die down. He no longer toured, and only worked (in the studio or on camera) for about three months a year. Only his hardcore fans stuck around. Rumor had it that he might even be considering settling down with the "Female Elvis", Ann Margret. At this incredibly slow time in Elvis's career, it would have been easy for him to plot JFK's assasination and travel to Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963 fairly unnoticed.
