What is a story board?

What should be included in a storyboard?
Sound – What, if any will be included in scene?
Images – what images will I need to get to make the scene?
Content – what will be happening in the scene?
Transitions – how will one scene change from one section to another?
Timing – How long will scene last?
Text – What text will be in your scene?
Sketch – How scene will look
Effects – E.g. looping, tweening
