Constitutional Party is a conservative political party in the U.S. it was founded as the U.S. tax payers party. - By Philips Howard

America needs the constitutional party because an overwhelming majority of congressmen, judges, presidents, and elected officials routinely ignore the constitutional limits placed on power.

There are thousands of registered constitutional party voters.

In the United States, the Constitution Party is a third party. It is the third largest political party nationwide in regard to the number of registered voters.

The Constitutional Party is the fastest growing political party in terms of voter registration.

The party supports the repeal of the Sixteenth Amendment, which allows Congress to tax income, and the Seventeenth Amendment, which requires the direct (popular) election of Senators.

The goal of the Constitution Party is to restore American jurisprudence to its Biblical foundations and to limit the federal government to its Constitutional boundaries.
