What are the aims of your training programme?
1. The general skills or fitness you plan to improve for YOUR sport. Pick 3 aims. 2 which are components of fitness one which is a skill
2. Justify or say why you have chosen those particular areas to improve.
Personal Fitness Programme
1. Decide on the relevant baseline tests you need to perform.
For the skill this needs to be in a competitive environment. E.g. how many successful passes made within a game.
Athletes must design a personal fitness programme with the aim of improving performance in their MAIN sport. This is designed to suit their individual needs.
2. Summary of tests you will use and when you will use them. e.g. test yourself in the beginning at week 4 and week 8

1. Know the methods of the tests you need to complete
2. Know which equipment you will require
3. Find national averages for as close to your age as possible. (Brian mac is a good website to start with)
