Baseline tests

1. Decide on the relevant baseline tests you need to perform.

For the skill this needs to be in a competitive environment. E.g. how many successful passes made within a game.

Analysis

Athletes must design a personal fitness programme with the aim of improving performance in their MAIN sport. This is designed to suit their individual needs.

2. Summary of tests you will use and when you will use them. e.g. test yourself in the beginning at week 4 and week 8
