Fruit gives you fiber. Fiber helps you stay full for longer. It also keeps your digestive system happy and healthy! Eating fruits can make less risk of heart disease and many more.
My idea was a fruit bowl. What would happen is, you would get to eat fruit on Monday and Friday. It would be good because it would be free. That means you could take some for healthy snack if you wanted.
