A flood is a natural hazard because it can cause damage and kill people. A flood is dangerous because you can get trapped in your house and drown. The flood in Charleville 1990 caused people to their roof tops.

The Charleville happened in April 1990. Charleville turned out to be a big disgrace because peoples homes were cleaned out by the water and all there stuff was on the street.
