Environmental sustainability, design and management MTR

What does it include?

  • Expectations and standards.
  • General requirements, products and actions, people and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic appraisal.
  • Project assessment.
  • Detailed design, construction, establishment and maintenance.
  • Environmental management.
  • Roles and responsibilities.

What does it apply to?

All projects and strategies under Lots 2, 3 and 4, whether appraisal, design, construction or a design & build contract.

It's use is mandatory.

It's standards can be increased, but not decreased.

Why have an MTR?
