Volcanoes are formed when magma from the upper mantle makes its way to the surface. The more it erupts, the bigger the volcano gets as the lava hardens making the volcano larger. Common locations for volcanoes are near tectonic boundaries or the Pacific Ring of Fire. The level of danger is decided by the type of volcano it is. Composite volcanoes are the most dangerous followed by Cinder Cones then finally Shield Volcanoes.
Tsunamis are indirectly caused by tectonic plates. When a major seismic tremor occers underneath a large body of water, the energy from the tremor is released and travels through the water in the form of a very large wave. A tsunami out in the open ocean isn't really dangerous although when it reaches the shore it becomes much scarier. Tsunamis are most common in the Pacific due to high seismic activity
Earth quakes usually occur when two tectonic plates break along a fault. The energy released makes seismic waves that cause the ground to shake. Earthquakes are also common near plate boundaries where plates are pushing against each other. The level of danger earthquakes cause is dependent on the magnitude level.
