Mahatma Gandhi was the primary leader of India’s independence movement and also the architect of a form of non-violent civil rebellion that would influence the world.

Rajguru took part in the assassination of a British police officer, J. P. Saunders, at Lahore in 1928. he tried to kill him to avenge the death of Lala Lajpat Rai who had died while march protesting the Simon Commission.

After 200 years of the British ruling India, India finally got independence and Mohandas Gandhi was praised as the noblest act of the British nation. But religious conflict delayed Britain’s granting of Indian independence after World War 2. Soon Hindu dominated India and Muslim dominated Pakistan.

India was rebelling in 1857 but Britain didn't like that. It was also a threat to Britain's power. Britain did everything they could to stop the rebellion like, harsh land taxes, summary treatment of some rich landowners, and broader skeptics about the improvements brought by British rule. this made both sides start fighting.

Lucknow Pact, agreement made by the Indian National Congress headed by Maratha leader Bal Gangadhar Tilak and the All-India Muslim League led by Muhammad Ali Jinnah. and in this congress there were mettings and some of the metting were about marked the reunion of the moderate and radical wings of the Congress. The pact was about both with the structure of the government of India and with the relation of the Hindu and Muslim communities. And Muhammad Ali Jinnah liked what they were doing so he joined.
