Medical Sciences

Medicine and Dentistry are taught in the newly refurbished Medical School, housed next door to the Royal Victoria Infirmary. This gives students close access to patients in one of the biggest hospitals in the North East from the very beginning of their course.

Science and Engineering

The School of Chemical Engineering has its own brewery called StuBrew; the only student-run micro-brewery in Europe.
