Although there are many known chemicals in our everyday foods, there are 3 that have strong evidence supporting their toxicity and negative affects.
NITRATES
When nitrates are absorbed in blood they react with the iron in your blood and form metheheglobin. Red blood cells are then not able to transport oxygen. This results in headaches, dizziness and blue tinged skin.

Certified Organic food simply does not
contain chemicals that cause food
allergies and severe reactions. It still
has fertilizers and is protected by natural
bug prevention methods.
-Nitrates can create Nitrosamines, a cancer causing agent.
Harmful Chemicals
MSG- (Mono Sodium Glutamate) used to enhance flavor (in predominately Chinese cooking).
Nitrates/Nitrites- used to preserve and cure meats, sodium nitrates give meat a pinkish color and a a smoky flavor.
Harmful Chemicals
Aspartame- the technical name for the brand names NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal-Measure. Accounts for 75% of adverse reactions to food additives reported to the FDA.
ASPARTAME
Aspratame works similarly to glutamate
by allowing neurons to have to much
calcium, that then triggers excessive
amounts of free radicals. Free radicals
damage brain cells.
Some restaurants have realized the potentially harmful affects of MSG however many restaurants still use it.
MSG
Researchers have found that consumption aspartame can trigger or worsen fatal diseases such as:
-brain tumors -lymphoba
-epilepsy -birth deffects
-chronic fatigue syndrome -diabetes
-Parkinson's disease
-mental disabilities

- The UHR has found excitotoxins in MSG that can cause extensive brain damage. Excitotoxins also create brain lesions and obesity (Baylock, 1996)
-Allergic reactions can include paralysis, inability to breathe, tingling, and swelling.

in Cheez-Itz, Doritos
and Blue Diamond
Almonds.
-The Mayo Clinic sites nausea, heart palpitations ,
headaches, drowsiness, etc in their studies.
