Is the Carbon cycle being affected by Human activity

Come help yourself

So, does human activities effected the carbon cycle and cause global warm still has controversy. But human should know, they are effecting carbon cycle and cause global warm, so stop global warm, from little things.

Don't always drive car, plant more trees, the future is because everyone.

Thank you!

Melting Glaciers cause Biology problems.

Because melting glaciers, Many organisms has living problems. A research team of the United States Geological Survey recently published survey report noted:

·Due to the impact of global warming, polar bears living in the Arctic will be drastically reduced

·To 2050, two-thirds of the world's polar bears will disappear.

The researchers used a six-month period on the environment and health of the survival status of polar bears conducted a survey, the results show that:

·If global warming continue to develop it, the Arctic sea ice will be reduced 42%

·Accompanied by a reduction in sea ice, polar bears will also be a significant reduction in the number

The rapid melting of sea ice will eventually lead to the extinction of polar bears.

Glaciers receded

Glaciers receded (deglaciation) is warming because of reduced glacier mass and volume reduction caused by the process.

·Alpine glaciers receded glacier snow line will move, marine glacier narrowed.

·Nearly a hundred years due to rising sea levels caused by warming sea surface temperature of approximately 2 to 6 cm.

·Melting of the Greenland ice sheet which has been the global sea level rise of about 2.5 cm.

·Changes in the global ice volume balance, the amount of change in the Earth's liquid water plays a decisive role.

If all of the Antarctic ice sheet melting and other areas, the vast majority of human beings on Earth will lose a foothold.

I most believe...

I most believe the human activities are effecting the carbon cycle. Because:

·Carbon cycle is changing

·The carbon that under the ground are joining in the carbon cycle

·The global warm. And it is human activities take the carbon from grand and use them.

So I think, human activity is the main reason that affected the carbon cycle.

This map shows the different between natural forces and human effects. We can find that in this map human effects is higher, and observed follow the human effects, so I most believe is human activities effect the carbon cycle.

Human activity doesn't affect carbon cycle

Pulkovo Observatory, St. Petersburg, Russia's chief scientist Mars Global Surveyor Habibullo Abdussamatov in an interview that "the small man-made greenhouse warming of the Earth has a certain role in boosting, but it can not be compared with the increase in solar radiation. Indeed, the trend of hot and cold Earth and Mars are very similar.".

Some one said:"Global warming is a part of the climate change process, we currently are in the latter part of the last ice age, the natural warming trend itself." (Wang K, 05/12/2012)

So, some one think it is a uncertainty science, so we cannot say it is human activities affect the carbon cycle.

uncertainty

Human activity does influence the Carbon Cycle.

the carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere has increased by nearly 30 percent since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution; ( Peter M, 25 July 1997)

Human activities are substantially modifying the global carbon and nitrogen cycles. The global carbon cycle is being modified principally by the burning of fossil fuels, and also by deforestation; (Robert U, January 1994)

Different time scales of the natural carbon cycle has maintained state of dynamic equilibrium. Touched by human activities such balancing mechanism, become the main driving factors of the global carbon cycle changes. (Mei X, 2008)

for this map, we can see that the human emissions is include in this image, it means that the huiman activities did effect the carbon cycle.

Carbon Cycle

Carbon cycle is a nature phenomenon, The basic process is as follows:

·Atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) is absorbed by plants on land and in the oceans

·Through biological (Photosynthesis) or geological (A volcanic eruption) processes and human activities

·Return again in the form of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

Now, carbon cycle is changing, some people think that the human activities is effected carbon cycle, some people didn't agree.

The Mauna Loa atmospheric carbon dioxide curve: 1958-2008. This map shows how carbon dioxide has increased
