Ideology Behind the Living Museum

Document the technologies and their historical context of boats of Bangladesh by naval, anthropological and architectural experts. Create a training centre and workshop for building and model making. A location to show that technology of these boats are not just a heritage for the people of Bangladesh, but a heritage for the world.
