Ribosomes: Power Supply

Endoplasmic Reticulum: Wires

The wires are the endoplasmic reticulum of a computer because they are the highways that transport messages from one place to another.

Cell Wall: Case

DNA: ROM memory

The power supply is also the ribosomes because they make power for the cell.

The cell wall is like the computer case because it protects the cell from outside forces.

ROM memory is the DNA of a computer because it is something that can't be changed and is the base memory of the computer, like 2+2=4.

Vacuoles: Hard Drive

Nucleus: CPU

The hard drive is the vacuoles of the computer because they store food, water, or waste, or in this case, memory.

Mitochondria: Power supply

The power supply is the mitochondria of a computer because it takes in power and makes it available for the computers' use.

A CPU of a computer is like the nucleus of because it controls the operations of the cell.

Cytoplasm: Parts of the computer

The parts of the computer are cytoplasm because they take up the space inside the computer and help it run.

RAM memory: Golgi Bodies

The RAM memory would be the golgi bodies of a computer because they remember short-term memory and send it off into other places.

Cell Analogy: Desktop Computer
