Climax
When the crew is getting papers at Coldtown office Tana sees Gavriel's photo on a flyer identifying the Thorn of Istra.
Tana receives a marker which is her ticket out of the Coldtown if she is not infected.
Tana and Aiden are locked in a room together. Adien drinks a bowl of blood, completing his transition.
