- A foundation made up of VdT MoCA clinicians and educators with expertise, passion and commitment
- Collaboration with experts in South Africa and the Vona and Marie du Toit Foundation for international development of the model
- Seek and liaise with VdT MoCA practitioners and educators in other parts of the world, particularly Japan
- Maintain a database of published and unpublished literature
- Develop a database of creative ability trained clinicians and researchers for networking
