For the Schedule we produced a gantt chart to clearly illustrate and organise our time scale and activities.
A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart, which was created by Henry Gantt in the 1910s, that clearly interprets a project schedule. Gantt charts show the start and finish dates of the project and break down everything in between.
The idea behind the gantt chart was first devised in 1896 by Karol Adamiecki, however it was called a harmonogram. This is what started the evolution of the gantt chart.
This was then developed into what we know as the gantt chart today, by henry Gantt.
A gantt chart is a project management tool which is used worldwide.
